"Overall the accommodation was good and a nice location to the slopes. Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. "Generally the hotel is fine. The service is superb. The rooms are very small. Even with an upgrade to a DeLuca room there was not much space at all, è speciale for a mountain resort. The Soa also need a upgrading and better management. But the service is so amazing, it compensate a for it all"

"We stayed in a few other properties while in Courmayeur and absolutely fell in love with Chalet Svizzero . It was so warm and welcoming. The alpine aesthetic set the tone along with a fire in the central living room fireplace and Johnson pouring drinks from the charming bar.
