"The only complaint I have is that because these are unmanaged or at least I never met or saw an employee - there was no one to deal with the folks who decided to stay up yelling and screaming all night. The next night too someone came onto a shared balcony and tried to look into my window. Just there wasn’t anyone to call in these situations for help."

I would think they would want to think about me as a VIP guest and reach out and ask how I am doing and maybe offer something or even ask for feedback directly. It is a bit impersonal. But I like the area and it is very convenient for me. "

"Great location, very close to Central Station and Bus terminal, The apartment had everything we needed for our 7night stay, I would say to improve our experience maybe an information pack- ie emergency info/ places to eat/tourist locations would be helpful, but with secure WiFi in apartment it wasn’t a problem, the office is open until 23.00 which for us was great, along with free luggage storage within the office "

"Compact but very comfortable apartment close to T-Bane and tram. Supermarket very nearby - great area. Very well appointed and our apartment had lovely sunlight streaming in the large windows. Comfy bed. There is a nightclub next door but once the windows were closed the noise was minimal. Keyless entry worked fine but only as we had a phone that could take international calls. Good stay - we'll be back!"

"The apartment was great. Bedroom was pretty small and tight to navigate around the bed. But otherwise great. Very nice space with fully equipped kitchen and a clothes washer. Our issue that we had here was with the noise from the neighborhood. The area has a vibrant nightlife and was extremely loud. There were people talking, laughing, yelling all hours of the night. "Hotel is right next to the train stations and trollies. You literally just step out of the train station and step into the hotel. It's also in the middle of the city and walking distance to everything. The staff were incredibly nice and they have one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at any hotel. Rooms are pretty small but the convenience, staff, breakfast were worth it."

"Stayed for 2 nights whilst attending a concert at unity arena. Check-in was great, our room wasn’t ready but man on reception found us another room. Reception had a lovely seating area with a bar and tea/coffee. The room was lovely and clean with a very powerful shower. The hotel was very central with a 2 minute walk to train station and lots of restaurants and shopping centre nearby."
