"This property is awesome. The views are different from each unit, but the one we had was beautiful. The unit was roomy, comfortable. The employees at the office are very pleasant and helpful. "Amazing views, very spacious comfortable appartment in villa the only thing I would change is that no cleaning was provided that wasn’t a problem but bins were not emptied and there were no places to take rubbish or even recycling…bathrooms could do with a bit of modern update but were clean and functional so not a problem….pool amazing and staff very helpful and would definitely recommend and stay again. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...

"We had the most relaxing time in a stunning location. Facilities were superb with only a 2 min walk to the Lakeside! The host Christina was so attentive, friendly and helpful. "Nice big apartment vith a great view on the lake! The balcony was a nice place to wind down after long days. Though not recent, everything worked well. I appreciated having heat control in the beadroom. Having to check in at a different property is not the best, but anyway you do need a car to stay in that area. Grocery store and other food options only 2 minutes away. Was too cold to try the pool unfortunately."

"We stayed at the Beatrix for a week in July 2015. We wanted a base to explore Garda whilst being able to walk into Bardolino in the evenings. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with a balcony off each room. We found the apartment basic and fairly clean although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (toilet brush was disgusting) and the bathroom had a horrible smell. We payed for air con which was 50 euros but we expected this and this was good in each room. We expected to have towels...
