This hotel was in a good location for us as we wanted to be close to where my daughter lives. It is ideal for the tube station and the beer garden at the back was nice.
I felt a bit uneasy that the reception wasn't staffed much, we only saw someone there once. There was a mobile number to ring, but our key cards didn't work very well, and I would have felt awkward ringing the number late at night.
We didn't have any milk with our tea and coffee facilities and when we asked about this, we were just told it wasn't available. Given that we were staying there for the full weekend, I do think that it would have good if a pint of milk from the shop could have been put into our fridge. It wouldn't have cost much and would have been a good way to give customer service.
I would also suggest that a bedside table next to my bed would be a good idea - there was one next to my partner's but not mine, despite there being available space. I had no where to put my morning cup of tea on ... oh wait, I didn't have one because there wasn't any milk ... ;)
