Staff was helpful, room was decent but heating was not as effective as my expectation but i was there for single night . If you are flying in after 10:00pm shuttle is every hour and if i am not wrong setvuce stops after 11pm. In morning shuttle is every 45 min. There are 2 embassy suites this is south. So be careful not to get on north bus. Breakfast was great. Over all good stay for a night. I can't see much if you planning to stay more then a night.

Location is not far from LAX that’s what we have been looking for. All great apart from when taking the shower it was making a horrible trembling sound that was heard in the bedroom and a living room. Mentioned this to the guys at the check out - promised to sort it out.

We stayed one night before a flight out of LAX. The property was beautiful inside and nicely decorated for Christmas. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed the extra space. Because we had an early flight, we did not get to enjoy a hot breakfast, but there were plenty of cold breakfast options to choose from before we left for the airport.

The rooms were super hot and staff not able to do anything do to old AC system. Not comfortable at all. Would not stay in this location again. I had good experience on Las Vegas and San Francisco locations except for this one.

We recently stayed at the Embassy Suites El Segundo near LAX, and while the experience was okay, it fell short of the high standards we’ve come to expect from Embassy Suites. The breakfast, as usual, was great and one of the highlights of our stay. However, we encountered several issues during our three-night stay in room 503. The sinks had a strong sewage smell, which was unpleasant and made the room less comfortable. Additionally, our room only had three towels for a group of four, so we called to request more. Unfortunately, they never brought the towels despite saying they would, which was frustrating. Another downside was the parking fee, which is $48 per night. Given that the hotel feels a bit outdated, the parking charge seems excessive and not in line with the overall condition of the property. Overall, it was an average stay, but the maintenance issues, lack of service, and high parking fees left us feeling underwhelmed.

This is our second time staying here our first stay was in the summer months and our second was during Thanksgiving. Our stay was nice this time however the rooms were a little warm. We opened our sliding door which cooled the room but it was loud outside. Otherwise everything was great!

This property is very nice and convenient near LAX. I only stayed one night to pick up my family at the airport. I parked, checked in and used the free shuttle service. For that, it is convenient. However this hotel charges $44 for parking which parking here is tight and seems minimal. They do have an underground parking, 2 levels. In the morning there is free full breakfast. I do recommend. Very nice, serene lobby, clean airy, and friendly staff.

The facility is beautiful and the staff were friendly. The beds and rooms were very nice. However, there was music playing too loudly in the lobby much of the night and the hotel has control of the heat/ac, so that we could not cool off our room that was way too warm.
