Room was not the cleanest; the valve for controlling the shower was broken; coffee maker did not work; coffee included 3 decafs & one caffeinated ( who drinks decaf?!); no tea; ordered room service and food came in a bag; told them it was for 2 & got plastic ware for one & no plates! Not what I expected from the Hyatt Regency; Hyatt place is usually nicer than this Hyatt Regency!!!

Check in and out process was easy. Perfect location and convenient shuttle that runs every 15-20 minutes to LAX. Clean and spacious rooms.

This hotel is walking distance from the airport actually it’s quicker to walk in to wait for the shuttle. It is not the best area. It’s downtown Los Angeles. The hotel is in great need of some updates especially the coffee area. The shuttle to the airport was efficient however, there was way too many people and it was difficult to get on the first shuttle. It’s like they didn’t know who was showing up in the morning. But I stay here again for layover to LA probably not too many other hotels to choose them. They’re nicer.
