"The staff and location were fantastic, however the property and rooms are quite dated and the rooms were not very clean, especially the floors (this is in part because they don’t vacuum which for noise is fantastic but there were lots of hairs on the floor when we arrived). I would not class this as 4 star. The food was not to our taste either but this can be rather subjective. Regardless we had a pleasant stay and the staff really were delightful. "

"Seranova is undoubtedly a very nice hotel right in the heart of Ciutadella, literally 50 paces from the cathedral and incredibly handy for restaurants and shops. The reception closes for "comida" 14.00 to 17.00 but our entry during this closure was totally fine thanks to clear instructions sent beforehand. The hotel has few rooms (7/8?) and our room (3) was the only one which exited on to the terrace/pool. This sounds good, and is OK, but the voices of anybody in that area are generally audible...
