"Absolutely wonderful hotel experience! Every staff member—from the front desk to housekeeping to the bar and restaurant team—was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The front desk always greeted me with a smile, housekeeping kept everything spotless, and room service was fast, efficient, and delicious. Even the poolside service was on point! The breakfast bar and buffet were also fantastic—delicious, fresh, and with a great variety each morning. This was hands-down my best hotel stay in Egypt. The only small note is that some of the furniture in the pavilion/common areas is a bit dated, but it didn’t take away from the overall five-star experience. I would definitely stay here again."

"In overall terms my stay at the Nefertiti Hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. On-site trip organiser and restaurant was an extra bonus. Great view of the Theban Hills from the roof-top. Cons: room was on fourth floor and no lift! Not ideal when you are nearly 70! Room was located next to the restaurant, so very noisy early morning and late nights. Facilities were basic but perfectly adequate."

"We clearly came to the hotel at a quiet time of year as there were not many other guests but it was an amazing experience as all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The aesthetics and design of the place was really well done and high quality and the food also matched this standard. The bar had a grand piano which was so much fun to be able to play (I'm a pianist) and I even got a request from the staff to play again the next night - only down side was the piano was very out of tune and the sustain pedal was broken. My first time having a massage was at the Spa which come at an extra cost, but this was certainly worth the 33 Euros and the massage therapist Sayed felt like nothing short of a good friend by the end of our short stay at the hotel. Finally, the rooftop pool was a very nice touch (although quite cold in the evening) and it was great to be able to swim with an incredible view of the sunset. Even though there was a sign saying the rooftop pool closes at sunset, the staff didn't have any problems with us messing about after dark and were very funny, cheering us on to get in the cold pool! Overall I would highly recommend - the only downsides were the location felt a bit rough (but so was most of Egypt) so we didnt leave the hotel, and the air conditioning in our room definitely could have been better. We never complained about the air conditioning since we were only there for a few nights but Im sure the staff would have helped if we had raised an issue"
