I have greeted by a staff as I arrive via train. Hotel was on little bit of uphill and about 2-3 minutes walk from the train station. The staffs were nice and polite, the hotel lobby and rooms were very clean. Beds seems to be new. The blanket was warm. Only problem was noise from soccer game from near by field. I was staying over Wednesday night and there were soccer game which was ended at midnight. Couldn’t sleep until after midnight. Other than that overall experience was excellent. I recommend this hotel!

Excellent place to stay if you are visiting Machu Picchu. They make you to go breakfast and offer to stay with your luggage during your visit. Also you can use their bathroom if needed.

Reservei um quarto com cama de casal e ao chegar o quarto possuia 2 camas de solteiro, não haviam quartos com cama de casal disponíveis. Fui hospedado em um quarto no piso terreo, com portas e janelas virados para a recepção e sala do café. Toda a iluminação da recepção iluminava o quarto todo até tarde da noite e também o barulho das conversas de quem chegava/saía. Meu horario em Machu Picchu era o primeiro da manha, então eu fui dormir cedo. O que foi impossível, pois havia um grupo de hospedes conversando na recepção até 11:20 da noite. Se você pretende acordar um pouco mais tarde, o café começa as 6 da manhã na porta do seu quarto, logo não conseguiria dormir. Cama confortável, café com poucas opções. Para apenas 1 noite foi ok.

El personal super amable y servicial. En las habitaciones se escucha todo lo que sucede afuera de las mismas, hasta el sonido de las duchas. Nos permitieron dejar todo el día las mochilas en recepción. Gracias por la buena onda!!
