We enjoyed our stay generally. The room was comfortable and we were happy to have hot water with good water pressure. Our only issue, which was minor, was the minibar. There was no clear signage about what was included in the mini bar and not. This was our final stay in Thailand and every accommodation, including hostels, provided water. So having water counted in the “mini bar” charges was a little crazy. If you’re going to have a minibar, have it clear. As well, upon checkout reception had housekeeping check each room before you could go to see if you used the mini bar. Just seemed like something that wasn’t thought out fully as a money grab.
Overall, we liked our stay and would stay again.

Pros:
Staff !!! There were so kind and respectful we left like we were VIPs and they treated us like the only guests they had. We have never been treated so well in our vast travels. The take hospitality to a new level. They made a delightful towel swan display with rose petals to welcome us. Delicious breakfast included. The room was lovely, and had nice balcony overlooking well maintained pool and grounds. Perfect location as was walking distance to night markets in town, etc. Overall A .
