"Best hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time! I can’t believe how good value this place is. Our room was clean and had decent space with a balcony. The pool area was lovely and had steps down to the beach which was perfect. Honestly wish we could have stayed longer than just three nights but when we come back to Samui we’ll definitely be staying here again."

"We’re writing this first as if like us you won’t read the whole review 🙂 The staff at Santiburi are like something we have never experienced. ALL the people are so nice, not forced but very genuine. Not once calling reception, room service, spa or housekeeping did we receive anything other than a friendly and happy response. I am disabled, the hotel supplied me with a wheelchair within 10 minutes, I or staff could ring reception for a buggy to take me anywhere within the hotel grounds it would arrive to me within minutes. The gate, housekeeping, bar, restaurant, beach, spa and garden staff looked after us over and above anything we have ever received done with a smile or a laugh. We feel so lucky to have found Santiburi. We spent 2 weeks in a Grand Deluxe Pool Villa and what a wonderful 2 weeks it was The villa was immaculate when we arrived and stayed that way for the next two weeks. The villa smelt gorgeous all the time an oil burner was lit morning and evening when the room was cleaned and when the beds were turned down, an anti mosquito burner was lit out in the garden every evening. The pool and gazebo were the cherries on top, floating around the pool then lying on the gazebo bed with the fan blowing a soft cool breeze blowing down. We only ate breakfast in the hotel as we like to go out and eat local food. Breakfast had a great choice of food and drinks, freshly cooked, baked and prepared. Rather than piling up the food on display they were constantly replenishing it "

"This resort was amazing!!! If you want peace and relaxation, look no further. The breakfast buffet every morning had delicious food and the staff throughout the property were very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay at this place again. Ferry is literally next door to the property which is a plus if you want to island hop.. rooms were a nice size and having direct beach access a plus "

"This hotel is quiet and gorgeous. I stayed two nights and didn’t leave the property due to personal circumstances but it is close enough to Fisherman’s village to get some local flavor. Or really hospitable to walking around and exploring without a taxi to somewhere. Two nights is probably enough to experience this and then move on to another part of the island for variety."

"Great resort"

"We had a great 2 night stay at this hotel. It's located on a beautiful beach which overlooks Koh Phangan and Ang Thong Marine park. We could even see our home island of Koh Tao as it was clear skies. Our room (plunge pool room) was very spacious and comfortable, although definitely needed redecorating and is a bit older than another Tolani we have stayed at. But it has a kettle and coffee machine, robes, slippers, umbrellas, black out curtains, TV, bath with jets (good hot water, just slow to run the bath) & large shower, with lots of free toiletries. Staff are super helpful and friendly and very attentive, even came to our car with umbrellas when we arrived at night in the rain. The buffet breakfast was very substantial with a variety of stations providing croissants, pastries, jams, toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, potatoes, cheese, cold cut meats, salad, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, dried fruits, rice, noodles, thai dishes and thai soups. As well as a good coffee machine and selection of teas, cow's milk and fruits juices. Good location for us as we had a car, but there are not many parking spaces, so notify them if bringing a car. A little far from Chaweng or Fisherman's if thats what you want for night life, but if you want a nice peaceful beach holiday, highly recommend this area."
