"The staff was super friendly and always greeted me with a warm hello in Thai. The breakfast buffet is really high quality food and they rotate some items, so each day there are new things to enjoy. The exercise facility has enough equipment to be close to a small gym, with a variety of dumbbells, smith machine, other strength equipment, tread mills & bikes. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable and helped me get better sleep with my jet-lagged situation. The hotel is located close to the night markets, which is convenient. Overall it's a great hotel. "

"Not enough can be said about the helpfulness of the staff at this Four Seasons. They had a considerable number of activities that were both educational and fun to break up the day between dips in the pool for families with younger children. Would definitely stay here again if/when I were to return to the Chiang Mai area. We were so happy with the resort that I felt bad leaving for the various excursions we planned. I could not recommend more highly."
