"The staff was super friendly and always greeted me with a warm hello in Thai. The breakfast buffet is really high quality food and they rotate some items, so each day there are new things to enjoy. The exercise facility has enough equipment to be close to a small gym, with a variety of dumbbells, smith machine, other strength equipment, tread mills & bikes. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable and helped me get better sleep with my jet-lagged situation. The hotel is located close to the night markets, which is convenient. Overall it's a great hotel. "

"Amazing stay at a beautiful location with the BEST customer service. One of the ladies at the reception desk literally walked us to a local cleaner for laundry services, where she translated / did the talking for us to the service we needed. She then walked us to the edge of the Sunday Night Market. I wish I could remember her name. She deserves a huge shout out. Everyone greets you with a smile and are very warm. The location is great. It is a short walk to anything and very close to the Sunday Night Market. The hotel itself is excellent. It has an awesome pool, delicious meals, and spacious and comfortable rooms. The only regret we have is that our stay was not longer. It was beyond enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel. "
