"We have only a good experience in Villa Sonata. Hotel is located on the hill, so you can have great view to the city. Even that it's a city center it's quiet and a lot of plans and trees around the hotel. It's really beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very nice and polite. We have booked a standard room and they give us much more bigger room with a lot of space, it was really nice, thank you! Totally recommend :) "

"This apartment complex is old and decaying in many areas. The rooms are a low price for a reason. Our room had broken light switch’s, balcony door handle that would fall off and could not be locked, wardrobe doors that would not slide and a side table so flimsy it would break if anything was placed on it. The rooms are small and says it caters for 4 guests, however was a double bed, a single bed and a small 2 seater couch that we received and extra pillow and sheet to put on when checking in....

"Dette er andre gangen jeg bor på dette hotellet, og begge gangene var veldig bra. Søte og hyggelige i resepsjonen. Ingen restaurant her, men mange innen gåavstand. Lite basseng tvers over gaten. Et lite supermarked hvor man kan få kjøpt fersk brød hver morgen 3 minutter unna. "we have booked a double room with balcony, but instead were placed in a very small dirty room with the air conditioner that didn’t work. The room had a single bed and no balcony. We requested several times to be placed in the room that we have already payed for, but reception staff only stated that they are fully booked. The service is awful, the rooms are dirty and the restaurants are unsanitary. This is clearly NOT a 5 star hotel, and not even 3 star one. I wish I have chosen something else....
