"Staying at this iconic hotel was a truly great experience. We encountered a couple of issues initially which were quickly resolved by the wonderful staff. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. We dined twice at the restaurant Spices which served delicious fare and once in the lobby which was similarly tasty. The spa is on the smaller side but we both thoroughly enjoyed our treatments by highly skilled members of staff. One thing to single out is...

"Stayed 3 nights. Probably a bit overpriced if you are not taking advantage of all they have to offer. Seemed very clean and overall quite good. Disappointing breakfast. Note, it is not a buffet. You have a choice, eg eggs and bacon plus 1 juice and 1 coffee. Dining area way too small. A good range of amenities in the room plus there is a rooftop swimming pool, a gym and laundry. But if you just need a room to sleep you are probably paying too much for this accommodation."
