"Overall stay was really good. I booked three gold suites and accidentally booked one suite as not gold and immediately tried to change it but the hotel did not let me. They did not reply to my numerous emails and kept asking me to send more emails when I called to share my concerns. This one mistake ruined the trip for many of the guests coming with me and I did not appreciate the hotel service at all."

"Everything was perfect had a suite and it was perfect with two bathrooms and a living area you have full access to shopping centre ladies prayer room on p10 and men’s p9 and exit to Al haram was 0 walking distance. The hotel has a perfect breakfast, lunch and dinner selection with a cafe, reception and all staff are so lovely and attend to your needs recommended 👍"
