"The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 5-10 minute walk to Masjid al-Haram. We also had a partial view of Masjid al-Haram, which was a great feature. However, the room conditions appeared visibly tired, and we felt the room rates were high considering the state of the accommodations. The hotel’s room service was excellent, and the staff were helpful. The bed was very comfortable, but the air conditioning did not work properly during our stay. "Very good location. The hotel is only around a 5 minute walk from the haram (8-10 minutes to the masjid gate 114). Lots of toiletries provided in the room and daily replenishment of water bottles. The buffet breakfast was very good with many options and custom fried eggs/omelettes made by the chef. It was very pricey since we stayed in the December holidays busy period, but you get what you pay for.
