"It does not satisfy the international requirements of a 5-star hotel. 1 Leaking faucet and shower. 2. Breakfast: sometimes less is better. E.g, the already prepared omlette was cold and not maintained warm. Pretty loud waitresses. 3. I wish the sauna was open till 10 pm instead of 8 pm. 4. No need for the cleaning lady to come and inspect the room in the evening around 7 pm every day. 5. The woman at the reception gave me the wrong info about the bus. "What an incredibly beautiful hotel!! The staff would go above and beyond. The hotel room was stunning and smelt amazing… in fact the entire hotel smells amazing! Bars and restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast buffet had great options and you could order eggs and crepes too. We had a lovely long weekend and can’t wait to return again sometime. "
