"It was a property where we could truly experience the renowned reputation of Banyan Tree, and the accommodation we stayed in satisfied every member of our family. The friendly service of the staff left a lasting impression. One thing to note is that I had read in several blog reviews that, when choosing a dinner course at the Saffron restaurant, there would be options for appetizers or desserts. However, on the day of our visit, only a fixed menu was served. I wasn’t aware that this had changed....

"Everything was great. Location, staff, breakfast and clean hotel. I do recommend this resort for family members. The only one thing i wish the hotel management to do is installing balcony screen insects. To enjoy the views."

Highly recommendef hotel

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was amazing and our room (Tropicana Superior) was lovely and very spacious. Pool areas were relaxing, clean and always managed to get a sunbed. The staff were hard working and very friendly, always happy to help. Good range of food to choose fromat breakfast. Great location, close to main restaurants and Karon Beach, which is also very nice. Plenty of sunbeds for hire"
