"This property was convenient to Old Town Annecy & walkable to restaurants & shops. It was extremely difficult to find as local traffic was awful & so many 1-way streets. The area outside was quite loud. Our room smelled like stale smoke although it was listed as smoke free. The breakfast was delicious!"

"When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"Lovely, quality apartment. Comfortable sofa bed. The tiled floor was cold, so take slippers! Nice to have a bath and shower with ample hot water. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, just needed something to over a fried egg! Stunning views from the balcony. The pool was great with a fantastic view of the mountains. "We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."
