"This place was wonderful. It was easy to get to, easy to find, and easy to get in. The room was nice, clean, and had plenty of amenities. The towel racks were heated, along with the floors in the bathroom, adding to a wonderful experience. The furniture was really comfortable and the plugs were so perfectly placed!! "An overall fantastic stay. 2 drawbacks. 1. I was sent instructions by the hotel while l was on the airplane. Then l didn't know anything was sent. They should send entry instructions right after you confirm your identity. I confirmed my identity the day before. 2. I had no idea that this was a no contact, self service hotel. I didn't see it on the booking form. If this is stated on the link they provided, the information was in Finnish. Maybe there are ways to know if it is contactless...

"The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and had all we needed for a 4-night stay. The location was perfect - a fairly short walk from the station (15 mins), lovely area for just wandering, and a 10 minute walk to major attractions like Helsinki Cathedral. "Excellent place. It was spacious. It was clean. it was safe. There was a small issue about getting only one towel and one pillow for 2 people... And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. I also contacted them 2 other times about luggage storage and sauna hours and they answered me right away on the chat...So communication was excellent and informative "

"The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work."

Great for short stay in Helsinki

"My sister and I stayed for 2 nights and we upgraded from a Hobo Sleeper to a Hobo Double the day before we checked in as were given a good offer and we liked the idea of extra space. It is well located, only a 10min walk from the train station, plenty of food options within a short walk and most of the usual tourist attractions. Staff were friendly at check in and the room was clean. The breakfast offered by the hotel had lots of good options and was tasty. We'd stay again."

"The hotel is modern and impeccably clean and comfortable, with beds and blankets that are so hard to get out of. There’s a self check in and out function without any staff around, but there’s a host office right beside these machines and the staff are always very helpful. The dining area is cosy without crowds, providing a microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee, all for occupants’ use anytime. The staff even wash these items for us so we could just help ourselves to what we need, so even though the room had no kitchen amenities, having a fully equipped one right downstairs made the stay feel like home. The hotel is a little off the city centre but is just above a metro station and has many tram and bus numbers to get to the city in 10 minutes. It’s also walkable, around 20-30 minutes depending on which part of the centre. We were very happy with our stay!"

"Close to the airport but you do need to walk outside to get to the hotel from the airport. Great staff very helpful. They have an early continental breakfast that starts at 3:30-6am and regular hot breakfast starts at 6 am. It’s nice for those early am flights or if you want to start the day early. "
