"We loved this hotel .... very friendly staff, super continental breakfast.... coffee to die for ... environmental measures taken ... top rate (we all can learn to do what they do in the restaurant) our dog loved her mini vacation too! All in all, a wonderful 48th anniversary get away. We had such fun at the recommended restaurant for our celebratory dinner The only thing we would have liked .... some drawers to put our "stuff" Thank You Encanto de la Sierra Hotel"
