"I rate this property as average because in all honesty, it's not shown as it really looks in real life, you'll be staying at the oldest building in the area, even though you're in the best area for beaches and restaurants, consider that you'll get what you're paying for. We had a misunderstanding with the check in so i recommend having your schedule well planned out. The kitchen didn't have enough tools for cooking and for a family of five, the pots and the frying pan were too small. Consider...

"This property has a great location but doesn't mean that cleaniness should be sacrificed. This is an old building but it doesn't mean that the apartment shouldn't be up kept. The paint, the furniture, the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen, the toilet were all old and dirty. There was even a roach walking on the shower curtain. I've stayed at many small old apartments in many apartments but never like this one."

"This is my second time staying here. It is clean, pleasant, and reasonably priced. Most appreciate that it is in the touristy area of Santa Teresa and near LAPA. That is nice too. There's also a great view of the center from most rooms. My only minus, which isn't tied to the place, is that if you're out late, it can be difficult to get an uber up into the steep hills of Santa Teresa. Most taxis will though."

"I cant say enough good things about this place and the customer service that i received. The pictures show exactly how the place look. Its sparkling clean, really comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Now i wont look any further any time i have a trip to Rio. Another plus for this property is the doorman: they are also amazing and really helpful. I never been so happy to stay in a property like i was at this one. For sure i will be booking again."

"Great location, good apartments. However, some need better maintenance. We had to switch apartments because the fuse in the first one blew when two showers were used at the same time. Lack of communication led us to have a car in the garage while work was done in it and we were told we could not leave with the vehicle as it would damage the work. "AVOID! This place was an absolute nightmare! Ants, roaches, and bedbugs all over the place! When I arrived, the place was unclean from the last guest and the hotel did not care. "My partner and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate my birthday. We were there 5 days and I am not exaggerating when I say it was one of the BEST hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely diligent and on top of their game. From suggestions to fantastic restaurants and places to visit, to helping with luggage, opening our car doors and ensuring the vehicle we were getting into was correct and safe, to helping with beach setup. The breakfast was fantastic (would recommend paying extra for this service). I would like to shoutout Jay (Jairon). He catered to us from hour one until we departed and was incredible thorough and present. He made sure to book last minute reservations to a prestigious steakhouse for my birthday dinner and always looked out for us. Gabriel, at reception, was also amazing and offered solid tips and advice. Overall, we both had a great experience. We have zero complaints. Everything was wonderful!"
