The staff is great. The restaurant in the hotel was awesome. Our room was right next to check in, the elevator and the restaurant it was extremely loud. Our tv didn’t work, the front desk worker tried to fix it but couldn’t, finally we were able to fix it. The location to the beach was great.

Loved our stay!! David checked us in and he was very cheerful, patient and informative! Marcos was our bartender- great drinks! Nachos were delicious! Loved the Chaos Coordinater too- sorry I don’t remember her name.

Great spot to stay in South Beach. You can keep the AC on or open the windows to feel the wind from the sea :) . The Miami Beach Parking Garage is the best place to park your car (20$ / day). Good meal at the Whitelaw Hotel.

Only problem was the tv didn't work but, who goes to South Beach to watch tv. Location was very convenient to most everything. The drinks at the bar are 4 times more expensive than they should be but, there are plenty of places near by to get a drink.
