"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. "Fantastic pet friendly hotel. Really welcoming staff who went beyond. Loved the location, choice of restaurants In walking distance. Ease of parking the car. We opted for the underground car park but there was parking on the roads nearby. Will definitely visit again. Loved the dog spa room as well. "
