Great location and outstanding staff. They greet you with smiles when you arrive and when you go out.
Everyone is so helpful and if there is a problem with your room they take care of it immediately.
Very easy check in and checkout.

Room smelled and there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the hallway. Lights in the hallway were turned off, so I had to use cell flashlight to find elevator and my room.

"Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2 is a small older hotel. It rained the entire week we stayed there and our room felt damp. There was always condensation on the windows as well as the walls and floor in the bathroom. There was no fan in the bathroom which added to the problem. Rooms are not soundproof and ..."
