Check in was terrible resulting in having to attend a formal meeting in casual attire and then missing a second meeting. Other than that, the hotel is nicer than the pictures online. Rooms are large and comfortable. Room service was quick and efficient. Overall a mixed experience. Not interested in a standard "we apologise and will do better next time response".

The view was absolutely unreal. Did not want to leave my hotel at all. Staff were all very helpful. You’re really treated like royalty there.
