Very convenient if going to Avenir centre for concerts. Just walk across the street. It was quiet and the room very nice. The one thing that wasn’t good was having to pay for a continental breakfast and the room was a meeting room converted into a breakfast room.

I really love staying here, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. The only issue is there is just not a place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. I know they have a place for breakfast but it is a tad awkward to take the elevator up and then sit down for a cup of coffee. Almost just would like to grab one when I get down to the lobby and then go. There is coffee shops within walking distance but again what if I just want to grab one and back up to the room? The restaurant is just not easy

We really enjoyed our stay at The Crowne Plaza, we attended the Victorious Festival at the Avenir Centre, I'm usually a pretty hard critic and I honestly couldn't think of anything negative with our stay. Cleaning staff we encountered in the hallways we all very friendly, happy and polite, they all deserve a raise!

Room was very nice, comfortable & clean. Pool and hot tub were great. The only disappointments were when booking on Expedia it showed a walk in shower, which our room did not have, and said it would be on a high floor, which we weren’t, we were on the 2nd floor. Other than that it was a great stay and would definitely come again and try the restaurant next time.

Everything was great. Was very heavy rain and hotel was honestly about rooms on a certain face of the building that can leak when it rains. So they put us in a different room and gave us breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. Appreciated the honesty and accommodations. We had a great experience here.
