Has all the hallmarks for greatness, however…
- Our butlers’ communication style was robotic and therefore we didn’t build the rapport we previously had, with Garcon, when we stayed here 18months ago.
- Entertainment team were not as proactive in gathering people to join in activities as the spa team (more about that later). We had to keep asking as some activities were scheduled but not happening. However, thanks and recognition must go to *Jermain, who built a good rapport with our teens. Genuine friendship formed - they’ll miss him. He’s a a star!
- The spa is so pricey it’s off putting. If they just dropped their prices a bit, the staff wouldn’t have to spend more time canvassing for business than they do actually doing spa treatments.
Special mention must also go to Shana - she knew our entire family by name and what our favourite drinks were. Such a happy soul!
