The hotel is in dire need of modernization and better maintenance. The facilities are outdated, and my experience was riddled with inconveniences. The sliding glass door in my room didn’t function, which was frustrating, and to make matters worse, I couldn’t reach room service for three consecutive days. This forced me to rely on Doordash for meals. On the one occasion I did manage to get late-night room service, the salad delivered to my room was rotten, which was completely unacceptable.
That said, the one highlight of my stay was the spa, which provided an excellent and relaxing experience. The staff there were professional and attentive, and the services exceeded my expectations, offering a much-needed reprieve from the disappointments elsewhere in the hotel.
While the spa's quality was impressive, it didn’t compensate for the overall lack of functionality and service in other areas of the property. With proper updates to its facilities and significant improvements in customer service, this hotel could potentially offer a much better guest experience. As it stands, I would not recommend it unless you plan to solely take advantage of the spa and are prepared to deal with outdated amenities and unreliable services.
