Escogimos este hotel por la ubicación Está un poco “escondido” llegas rápido por Morones Prieto, y está dos calles arriba, al se percibe un poco sola la calle y enseguida hay un baldío El hotel a pesar de que no se ve viejo, ya le urge una remodelación que al parecer se está llevando a cabo Los muebles de la habitación se ven en malas condiciones Los elevadores se ven un tanto deteriorados Para la limpieza llegan en la mañana y golpean muy fuerte e insistentemente la puerta, pregunté que querían y preguntaban si queríamos la limpieza, indicamos que saldríamos en media hora y asunto resuelto, más no es correcto tocar la puerta tan fuerte, por simple educación El internet no funcionó durante la visita, hablamos 3 veces durante nuestra estadía y nos dieron 3 versiones diferentes Que desconectáramos todo y lo volviéramos a conectar, no funcionó Que el hotel estaba lleno y había mucha demanda de señal Que no estaba el personal de mantenimiento para revisarlo En fin Si requieres solo dormir y la ubicación, está “bien” Si requieres un buen hotel cómodo, limpio, en buenas condiciones y con los servicios funcionando correctamente, puedes buscar otras opciones

El único inconveniente es que no me quisieron dar mi factura CFDI, me dicen era responsabilidad de Expedia emitirla. Expedia no tiene dónde solicitar la factura en México... solo dice que se solicite al proveedor. Tacha para ambos en este aspecto.
