Property was very nice. I travel often for work and always enjoy stopping here. While not being the most high-tech or fancy establishment. The beds are clean and the showers are warm. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay around the Othello area.

The refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine did not work. U mentioned it to the front desk and she just said thank you for letting us know. When you arrive in the evening, the last thing you want is to not have major appliances not work. No compensation, nothing.

Disappointing
Bad experience with registration. Expected a room with 2 beds but got one with one. Inn had no capacity to correct that inconvenience. And no elevator to the second made moving our stuff in and out very hard. Appreciated that kitchen clerk tested the temperature of the breakfast food

Pool was already closed for the season, even though it was only late August. However, there was a sauna! That's not a common feature, and we do enjoy a sauna. Manager was chatty, engaging, pleased to tell us about her town. Bed was raised for some reason, to a height of 33 inches, which was OK for me, but pretty difficult for my wife. Shampoo was available in the shower, and there was a table that we used for eating and playing cards. Breakfast selections were standard - eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy, and waffles - and tasty. Value was very good for the price, especially compared to the rundown Red Lion we had stayed at the previous night.

The tubes faucet actually fell off when I first turned it on, looking at it, it was stripped and you could tell it’s been so for a minute that they tried to fix it with tape it fell on my toe but other than that good space the wifi was a bit slow and would disconnect me a lot from time to time good breakfast if I may add

They refused my 7 month old baby and I a room after a miscommunication on their part cause I had called ahead and asked what I would as this was my first time doing this online trip planner so I had to have someone meet me half to my home which was 5 hrs away I was already not in a good mood having .y baby out late at night then I drive 2 hrs to get the card and another 2 hrs back after driving 5 hrs to get there then she tells me they won't give me a room I was so mad they could have called me and told me I had called them earlier so I know they had my number unacceptable just because I was understandably upset someone should be fired for having my baby sleep in a car after I paid 160 bucks for the room
