"Staff was friendly & welcoming, property needs improvement. It was slippery when raining due to leaking roof way to the room , Room itself cleaned. Apart from there was a spit on the wall ( phlegm ) No television, there was a plug it was a electrical hazard exposed wire, no toiletries . View from the room lovely see front. Can get a cheap tuktuk to the town. "

"The room I booked did not exist. The manager tried to convince me that the room they put me in was the room I booked. I had to contact Expedia to try to resolve the issue which did not happen. They promised to add a $90 credit to my account, I haven't seen that credit yet, but it may be processing. The resort said they would comp me breakfast for the remainder of my stay but that did not cover the charges I should have recouped. "

"The hotel is very pretty and well located. Staff is nice and attentive. There is a lot of security with gives you a feeling of safety. Room was spacious and very nice. Many amenities are available. However, the food/drink service needs improving. Breakfast is great but do not go after 9am otherwise you'll have to wait 1h for coffee or water! We tried three of their restaurants so the experience was very strange. In the bakery I wasn't served and I needed my husband to get food (who was served...

"It probably had better days because it’s a very big property. It is quite isolated and the Uber driver had a hard time to find it. But the staff is incredibly sweet and ready to go above and beyond for the customers. Such nice people. It was for one night because I couldn’t make my flight, and was so tired I didn’t realize how far from the airport it was. Food is good and abundant."

Amazing !

"Súper location close to Colombo Fort train Station. I arrive at 1 am and the staff was waiting for me. The building seemed to be new and the entrance and inside decor is so nice that I was not sure if I was in the right pleca. The room has 4 bed, very comfortable mattress and cool A.C. So far I am very impressed. I don’t know the name of the man in charge of the night shift, but he was very attentive and gave a tour of the place and answer all my questions about the location. 7 stars 👌👌👏👏😊"

"Staff are too good. Very beautiful place. Finding Uber is little challenging. However, the hotel has the option of drop off and pick up and the price is just little above Uber price. They are fantastic people. I’ll definitely visit this place again if I get chance to Sri Lanka again. Thank you! "
