"The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Our room was also very clean and comfortable with nice city views. The location was very close to the shopping district and subway. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in the heart of downtown Seoul."

"I like this hotel a lot. I have stayed a number of times The service is excellent, as is the location. I was given an upgrade, which was nice. However, the bathroom had mold in places. The bathtub in the bathroom was also very shallow (some rooms appear to have newer, deeper bathtubs). It was hard to get a decent amount of water in the bath this time. The gym is also closed on Sundays on odd weeks. That was a bit annoying as the gym is very good. I would stay here again though."

"Recommended hotel to stay, location is excellent in myeongdong and service is very very good. Rooma were clean and spacious. However, there were only 2 laundry washers and 2 dryers for the entire hotel. It wasnt enough and caused a long queue. Also the roof top bar only served whole bottles of wines with no options for other drinks and food. Some improvement required in that."
