Sure we went in the winter time and yeah, Water part was close, of course it would be. When we arrived in the room the unit was not well-maintained. There was a door knob that came off in the bedroom door separating from the kitchen. The toilets are directly in front of the kitchen stove. One bathroom did not work. The toilet had no water in the tank to flush, putting the out of commission, and the remote did not work to the TV on one of them. There was not enough linen in the room other than that the pool area was ok, the attendant that was there was friendly.

The indoor pools were closed and the hotel staff did not inform me of this when they decided to charged me $ for early check in to use these pools and $for parking !! Theres roaches in the rooms and where they serve the breakfast. No clean at all! Floors of the room clearly are not being cleaned brand new white socks were dirty within the first 5 hours of being there, no broom was provided. Room was not stocked properly plus no room service is provided to make sure you have what you need. Gave us breakfast vouchers to accommodate for the roaches and found roaches in the kitchen. Also went for the water slide to find only one was functional. Very unprofessional staff as well. Wouldnt recommend to anyone or their families.

One of the worst hotels I’ve seen. They need major remodeling and definitely check for child trafficking. I felt unsafe and was disgusted with the condition of the property. Thank God they upgraded us to a nicer room but still the experience was not pleasant. The water park for kids is the only thing my son enjoyed.

The room smelled like smoke and old molded carpet. Also was infested w/roaches. Initially I was not even offered any accommodation, I was told to wait until the following morning. Well when the light went out more roaches came out! I then went back to the lobby to request either a refund or a solution. Finally Sherman moved us for the night but we would have to move again the next morning. Morning came and I was told that the front desk would call when the room was ready. I waited until 2:30 pm still no call. I returned to the front desk yet again. We moved into our room and it was fine but the charges on my bank statement do not reflect the rate I booked minus the one night that Sherman agreed. Update: Neil fixed the billing problem
