Je tenais à partager mon expérience concernant mon séjour dans cet hotel. L'accueil par le réceptionniste était agréable à mon arrivée, ce qui m'avait initialement donné une bonne première impression. Malheureusement, cela a été rapidement gâché par l'état de la chambre qui dégageait une forte odeur nauséabonde, vraisemblablement due aux canalisations. Ce désagrément aurait pu être tolérable si le reste du séjour s'était bien passé. Cependant, l'attitude du personnel le matin a été particulièrement désagréable. En me levant tôt, j'ai demandé poliment si je pouvais me servir un café en attendant le petit déjeuner, mais j'ai été très mal reçu. La réponse brusque et peu professionnelle du personnel m'a non seulement choqué mais a aussi grandement affecté mon opinion générale de l'hôtel. En raison de ces expériences, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. J'aurais pu ignorer l'odeur si le service avait été correct, mais l'impolitesse du matin rend cet établissement déconseillé pour ceux qui cherchent un séjour accueillant.

Point fort : Calme, chambre suffisamment grande et bien équipée, proximité ligne 3 et commerces, à deux arrêts de l'extrême centre ville. Points faibles : Décoration très sommaire. O apparthotel é muito bom, o café da manhã bem servido. A recepcionista da manhã é bem comunicativa e simpática. As áreas da recepção e do café da manhã são bem limpas, no entanto, das oito noites que nos hospedamos lá, o quarto foi limpo somente uma vez, quando trocaram as toalhas e a roupa de cama, assim como a coleta dos lixos do banheiro e da cozinha. Nesse aspecto, acredito que poderia ser a cada dois dias.
