What was fantastic? Was the service and food at the skyline restaurant. In the future, we will plan on staying at the Ondas and just walking down for food, the room condition was OK not ideal, the duvet was ripped had holes and stains. The clerk who checked us in was less than friendly and we never received a phone call that our room was ready. Very disappointed in the front desk, staff and the status rather the state of our room.

Centrally located in downtown Napa. Clean and modern with comfy beds and great pillows. We had an interior room and it was nice and quiet. The lobby is nicely appointed and comfortable. Rooftop bar was nice, pricey and has an early last call, at least in the winter. Only problem we had was with valet parking but we were able to resolve it fairly quickly. Lots and lots of staff who are mostly helpful.

This is a fantastic hotel !! Rooms are large with comfortable beds. On site dining and bars. Centrally located to be within walking distance of great venues such as Oxbow Market and the Napa Wine train. We loved our stay. Valet was great and the staff here are friendly and accommodating. My friend and I stayed here for our Napa trip. It was the perfect location. Downtown is so cute and walkable. Tons of cute bars, shops and restaurants. It wasn’t too far from the wineries we explored, 20 mins max. The staff was awesome, always so polite. Luke was a star, he checked us in on day one, and throughout the weekend I went him with questions, etc. he was great. I have not one bad thing to say. We also went upstairs to the rooftop bar. Again, the staff was top tier and we enjoyed our time.
