"Pool was well maintained & activities for crowd were good. The rooms are spacious but the bathroom ceiling leaked, bath tube didn't work, AC functionality was pathetic at times. Food was ok however, more variety can be added to the same."

"Here’s a corrected version of your text: Booking through Hotels.com saved me 1000 rupees compared to prices from other online platforms and even the rate quoted directly by the receptionist for a one-day stay, which was 10,241 rupees, including breakfast. I booked a superior category room with one king bed, which was later upgraded by Mr. Ismail at the front desk to a deluxe room with an Imagica view at no extra cost. Typically, the superior category does not include an Imagica view when booked through Hotels.com. We were very satisfied with our stay. My daughter enjoyed it immensely, and the food was amazing. The buffet for dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though it costs approximately 5000 rupees for a couple. However, there is no separate discount for Imagica if you stay at the hotel. "

"Fantastic property. Rooms for each of us were without fault. Staff was exceptional at front desk—woman whose name starts with Ka??? Restaurant staff went over the top for us with a surprise slice of cake and we celebrated a birthday!! The staff who did this were: Manesh, Zoi and Namrata. We will book this hotel again. "

"If you like being treated like royalty, this is it. Every staff member here are well trained and equipped to help you have a great experience. They have all aspects covered from valley to check in, many food cuisine options, fun activities for children and adults and a seamless check out process with more than 1 persons helping you. We never waited in lines, staff were available and prompt at taking care of your needs. The property itself is stunning with many varieties of trees and lush green grass lawns for you to enjoy, they are meticulous about keeping the property aesthetically pleasing and people friendly. Rooms are very spacious and amenities were more than enough for families to enjoying a relaxing week away from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai "

"What an excellent hospitality by Marriott.. neat and clean room, great amenities, food served in in room dining and in restaurant is delicious. Met chef Mr. Prakash and he is a gem of a person. Last week faced pathetic services at Courtyard by Marriott Raipur but here at Navi Mumbai entire Marriott team is excellent. They have a very good customer centric approach. Cheers to entire team of Marriott residency Navi Mumbai. Thanks for such a wonderful hospitality 🙏"
