It was a nice hotel. It was clean room and spacious. It was a little noisy inside and outside the hotel. My room was near the elevator and I could hear people talking and could hear some noise like sirens. It was overall nice though.

The property could use a little updating. The rooms were fine with the exception of the lighting, the room was a little dark. The receptionist was nice and I was able to get into my room at 11:00 am which was wonderful.

Location, location, location! Right at north end of Times Square, so from the “R Lounge” coffee shop there’s a great view of the Square. Property is starting to show signs of aging, but staff were first-rate. It is a rather noisy location, so probably higher floor rooms are a bit more quiet.

This property is in a great location. They also give you a $35 dollar credit per day you get to use in the bar. You have to do a room charge to get the credit. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean!

The hotel has significantly declined since my husband and I stayed there four years ago, during which we were in a suite. The lounge now feels rundown, with only two elderly servers who struggle to communicate effectively. The food and drink options have been reduced, the quality has deteriorated, and the service is noticeably slow. Lounge seating is worn out, with leather peeling off, and even the elevator handles are broken. The entire place is in desperate need of renovation. At check-in, there was only one staff member managing the desk, leading to long backups. He seemed either unfriendly or exhausted. The check-in area itself is cramped and poorly designed to handle multiple guests waiting at once.

The location was great right in the middle of Time Square. The rooms were decent size but very clean the people working there were very friendly. We forgot to bring umbrellas and they had umbrellas for us when it was raining. Would come back here again.
