The thing I disliked the most is parking costs! $100 CND inside the hotel per night and $50 offsite! That’s LUDICROUS for a top end hotel like the Hilton! I’m disabled with mobility issues and made the staff aware of this even flashing my disability parking permit and it still did not mater said all handicap spots were taken! Appalling in this day and age! Hotel was great otherwise!

Face towel was not prepared. Showbooth was broken. The staff knocked the door of suite, bothered my time as asking to me “ what time are you checking out?” at 10am. Although it was supposed to check out at 11am, the staff did not respect my privacy at all with such a non necessary question.

It was an awesome view. Very clean room. Very nice staff. I would go back again and till my friends and family to go here if they were going to Niagara Falls. The only thing I had a problem with was we couldn’t order movies. They said they would send maintenance to the room but we were there for our anniversary didn’t want anyone in our room.

The location was lovely, of course, but some furniture was quite outdated (e.g., malfunctioning coffeemaker). Most importantly, from the exorbitant parking prices (even offsite parking, far enough to need a shuttle, was $50 a night) to having to pay $5 for the waterbottles in the suite, the experience felt a bit like a cash-grab. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, but we won't be going again.

They charge you $7 for room service. Stay was good but one more thing. TV’s are super old, no Netflix or anything. Only cable TV that too with limited channels. They charge you $25 to watch a movie lol Pretty inconvenient! Apart from that room was good

- Likes - - View - Convenience - Self Contained Entertainment - Walkable - Jetted Tub In Room - Dislikes - - $90CAD for ONE night of parking is ridiculous - Some walls not finished - Jacuzzi tub not sealed, tiles almost popping out - Dining Prices - I get it's a tourist area but $100 a person for a buffet is just silly.

lady at the front desk double charged us for the taxes and property fees, could of just been told us that our card would have been automatically charged, instead of making us pay in person as well, now have to wait 3-5 days for refund, let’s see what happens
