"This was my second stay at the resort and it can best be described as an "island" in a sea of chaos. There is no place to walk outside the resort but there is little reason to leave the resort so it is great for a brief stay while traveling via BKK. My first visit was amazing with great customer service but my second visit had some serious challenges. First was the shuttle service. Since it was my second time there, I was in the proper place at the proper time at BKK. The shuttle did not arrive. The very poor customer service happened when I arrived at the hotel after using a taxi to get to the property. (the taxi was paid for by the airport). The young lady at the check in counter was extremely rude and was basically calling me a liar. This, of course, escalated the situation unnecessarily. The young lady was not the typical polite and friendly Thai person and should not be in a frontline position. The rest of the staff was excellent but the unreliable shuttle and one bad apple is going to cause me to rethink my choice of stay on my next trip to Thailand. And I am frequent traveler to Thailand."

Convenient for shopping - 3 minutes' walk to Robinson Mall and Max Value market just round the corner. Japanese restaurant on ground floor also many food choice around property. Massage shops also close."
