"This hotel just keeps getting worse. At check-in, they refused to provide a second room key although there were two of us staying for 2 days. They refused to explain why. The shower didn't work properly. The wi-fi was slow and faded in and out. The breakfast was appalling: they don't put heat under all the food so things like fried eggs sit there cold.
