"Great stay with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning had a slight musty smell, but the staff were kind and attentive, especially to kids. Breakfast offered good variety for all ages, and the play area was fun for both kids and adults. Loved the lychee slushie! Would happily stay here again."

"Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store). Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only possible with good Thai language skills. Ebookers really messed it up!"

"It had a nice view of the ocean but it is at the far south end of Bang Sean Beach . Too far from stores and by commercial fish market not swimmable beaches. For a vacation I recommend booking st least 1/4 to 1 mike further north.during a heavy squall the bedroom windows leaked badly. "

"The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My friend had booked B&B but I booked room only. I was given complimentary breakfast and also a free late checkout. Lovely experience. Bangsaen’s an interesting Thai resort. Almost all tourists are Thai - they do beach holidays very differently from Europeans 😊"

"Staff was friendly. Very quiet and relaxing place. Room was large. Bathroom was clean. Local restaurant had great fresh fish. Ocean is close and you can watch the fishermen. You will have to drive to get to a swimming beach. Great local park next to the ocean for walking or jogging. Pool was great with birds and flowers and dragonflies around it. An old school off-the-beaten path place."

"The hotel is good, but definitely designed for business stays. Cold design of lobby and restaurant. Rooms are fine but a bit small. Bathroom design is a little awkward with total privacy being impossible. Parking is ample, but tight."
