"Everyone is so kind and any and every request you make they complete so quickly The beds here are pretty comfy but I am a mattress diva I guess, they brought me extra pillows to my room and I was able to create a fluffy oasis. Everyone does such an amazing job, the attention to service was perfect. The grounds are beautiful and the pool and gym are really fantastic. I wouldn’t book anywhere else in Chiang Mai, this experience was perfection. "

"We were staying in the hotel when the earthquake struck on March 28. The management and staff were extraordinary in their response to the emergency - compassionate, calm and practical. After evacuating into the 97 degree's heat they provided us with water. 3 hours later sandwiches came out. Management provided regular updates. I have never been treated so well by a hotel under such difficult circumstances. Truly remarkable - a credit to Marriott, Chaing Mai and Thailand."

"Beautiful location. Peaceful surroundings. Poolside space is very limited. Very limited options to eat outside the hotel within walking distance. Quality of service in the restaurant was very inconsistent, enthusiasm of the friendly staff could not compensate for lack of training and poor service management. We sat one night with dirty plates for almost an hour. Spacious rooms, but lacking some basic furniture like drawers / shelves for clothing, and towel rail. No available shade / parasols for...

"A pretty modern hotel with a great breakfast buffet full of great variety - Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, and American, and it changes everyday for at least half of it. Only thing is that the bathroom is glass, so not much privacy. Our bathroom door also didn't close all the way. It's in a good area though."
