Rotten Treatment
When we arrived there was never anyone at the desk to answer questions etc Once in our room the room was very hot. It never did cool down and at 11:30 p.m we moved to another room with two very tired little kids. The comforter had a huge red stain on it. The ladies at the desk definitely did not enjoy people or their job. Very unpleasant ladies. However, housekeeping were very pleasant people.
