"Staff very welcoming and service for the evening meal and show was excellent, considering there were over a hundred people seated for it. The dinner accompanying the show was very tasty and main course was plentiful. Bedroom clean, spacious and warm and the bed was very comfortable . Breakfast was fine though a reminder was need to obtain tea, coffee and toast ordered. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others"

"This is a beautifully adapted Tudor Manor House into a first-rate hotel. The hotel itself and the grounds are beautiful to view and the private chapel is an added delight to visit. Staff were helpful and the food was very good both for breakfast and dinner. I was disappointed that I could not get wifi in my bedroom which was a problem as I had work to complete in the evening. I managed well once downstairs in the Tudor Hall. I knew there was no lift but the second floor required four flights...

"I booked for one night; a Friday. Really easy to find and loads of free parking. Reception staff were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was perfect; very clean with adjustable heating, hair dryer and extra fan. Super comfy bed with no outside noise to be heard at all; even though my room was at the front by the pub next door. I didn't have breakfast but I only had to go next door to the pub if I wanted it. I will be staying again "
