"Zakopane is a very busy area but our apartment was quiet with beautiful mountain views. We stayed in 19C, loft apartment and it was wonderful."

Positives: -Short walk into town centre -Well equipped, the apartment had everything we needed -Lovely & helpful staff at reception -Comfy bed -Gorgeous view onto street Negatives: -Shower seal wasn’t amazing so the water did slightly leek onto the floor -Small towels, which doesn’t help if you are cleaning up water! "In the hallway there is a smell of garbage. There is no cleaning of the rooms and they don’t even empty the trash. The location is nice. House is nice. You can hardly see any staff in the reception. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbours. Otherwise nice stay."
