"Great location and close to the museams. Their rooftop bar is wonderful. City taps and victory brewery are great spots less than a block away. Have benn here multiple times and aleays enjoy this hotel. I am looking foward to their pool renovation. "

"From the very moment we walked on property, our stay was perfect! Valet, Bellhop, Greeted by Stephen at the door to the front desk Staff, our bartender Kayla in one of the "onsite" restaurants (Spice Finch) was outstanding! Not to mention the endless cleaning crew always on the go! Had a 1-King room and must say, most comfortable mattress & linens we could have asked for. Just a wonderful experience. "

"Switched hotels from across the street and happy we did. Sofitel was perfect from the welcoming team at the front door valet to the housekeeping!! The front desk was very accommodating and Mateo(front desk) was outstanding!!! I will be back for sure. Except the waitress in the bar on Sunday night seemed to ignore us to spend time with friends in the bar. We waited 20 minutes for at least a hello but was ignored the whole time. No worries I won’t drink there if she’s on duty again when I visit. "

"I've stayed here before and did enjoy my stay for an overnight visit. The food at the restaurant is good for a quick bite. There was an issue with with the tub and sink, I mentioned it to the front desk and the concierge when I called in. They were able to compensate me for the trouble. When I stayed here before I had 0 issues. I will go back as it is convenient location wise and all the staff are very friendly. This was the only time I've ever had an issue hence the 4 stars and not 5."

"We were there for the NFC championship game and although Albert, the bartender was working as hard as he can, the bar restaurant area was very under staff for the amount of people that were in the hotel that night. Would’ve thought it would’ve been better staff, knowing what possibly would happen at the end of the game"

The convenient location, but not enough food choices in the hotel .We arrived late coming from Colorado, but by the time we were checked in and settled nothing in the hotel or in the area was open for dining or room service.We had to have our food delivered at the lobby ! "
