"I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was so low cost. I was so wrong. Lovely hotel, reception staff really nice and very thorough on arrival. The rooms are compact but they were clean and had everything that we needed for a base. Breakfast was fine, some fruit would have been lovely but other than that it was grand. "

"Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all."

"I don't understand it, but Everytime and takes two events together... There are empty rooms, but will put everyone together. I don't understand it, have 50 empty rooms, but will put next person right next to me. For housekeeping? You mean the ones that go up and down the halls anyway? Never mind the customers. Next part is that people are rude and unaware, as they talk (can hear through walls) and slam doors, always ruin the doors and slam them. Management seems to like that. Never again."

"Brilliant stay whilst we went to Disneyland Paris. Rooms clean and spacious and swimming pool and games room were great to keep the kids entertained. Only problem was my daughter left something in the room and I called and emailed but still waiting for them to get back to me. Location was great and shuttle bus to and from the parks great once you get the hang of the timetable! "

"the staff was attentive and very helpful. they have set up a birthday greeting for my son in our room. the hotel was clean and we had a comfortable stay. just next to the shopping centre and outlet shops. train station is also close. they also offer a free bus going to Disneyland. their restaurant was quite good as well. "Felt really safe in this area travelled with a small child and was able to utilize the hotel shuttle to get to Disneyland and train stations. The bus stop is right outside the property as well easily accessible and able to get to the shopping areas or Disney freely and safely "
