"Its close to the train station. At the time of the check in and check out there was nobody... for check in we need to call someone, and upon check out.. we waited, and because nobody was there we did the check out with a machine and we didnt know where to leave the plastic card cover... that we left ..."

"The hotel was delightful. The only issue we had was that the walls are very thin and cleaning started at 7:00 am. Way too early for those trying to have a lie in. However, overall a delightful stay in a traditional Japanese Ryokan."

"Too big for 13 pax, The best part is living area have billiard table, Dart and Karaoke and snow mountain scenic view while dining is exceptional. Living area needs a lot of improvement. The kitchen is very very dirty."

"長岡大花火大会の際に夫婦で利用しました。長岡駅からは新幹線で一駅の浦佐駅から徒歩3分ほどの立地で便利です。また、浦佐駅前にはコンビニもあり助かりました。ホテルの施設は古い為、ウォシュレットは付いてなく、また冷蔵庫も小さい為、たくさんの食料品はは入りません。冷凍庫はないので不便な点もあります。シャンプーがリンスインのタイプですが日本人の髪質には合わなくて、髪の毛がクシ通りが悪かなるので、コンディショナーを持参することをおすすめします。 エアコンの効き具合は良かったです。フロントスタッフの方は優しい対応してくれました。"
